Ariana was born in Germany, and spent most of her childhood in Killeen/Fort Hood, TX. She moved to San Antonio in 2013 for medical school and was lucky enough to stay here for all of her medical training.
She grew up playing all sports and played for a club ultimate frisbee team at Texas A&M. She found CrossFit shortly after leaving College Station and loved the community and challenging workouts. Ari took a 4 year hiatus from consistent lifting during ObGyn residency at UT Health, and was eager to get back into CrossFit just prior to graduating.
