Originally from Olympia, Washington, Lee found his way to San Antonio through the Air Force. He graduated from Missouri Western State College in 2004 with a B.A. in English and has a Master’s Degree in Security Management from Bellevue University. Currently, he is working in the oil and gas industry and has been coaching CrossFit locally since early 2014.
Lee, a lifelong athlete, played baseball through college and has been an avid CrossFitter since 2009 when he dove into it while deployed to Iraq by being suckered into doing ‘Murph’ all on his own for his very first WOD. He has been addicted ever since.
He loves his cat Dwight, beer, and most sandwiches.
